How would it feel to sip your morning brew on ‘Just Another Manic Monday’ knowing dinner was done? I can tell you from experience it feels like you’ve already won the day! That’s why I’m writing this post, I want all moms to WIN in the kitchen, because it’s a nutritional and financial win for your family.
In one of my nerdier moments, I counted sixteen Mondays between the start of school and winter break. I figured I needed four ‘winners’; that everyone in the house liked to eat, could be assembled ahead and refrigerated or frozen.
