Now that we’re three weeks into the new year, everyone that promised to be more intentional about what they eat is running out of variety. So for your next recipe idea, why not turn to a classic snack for those focused on wellness? And why not find several new ways to enjoy it so you aren’t sick of it by February?

This new year, try choosing tasty granola snacks that will leave you full and energized for your day.

Granola consists of an oats, nuts, honey, and dried fruit or chocolate mixture that is baked until golden brown. Though the popular granola bar may come to mind, granola can be loose and cereal-like. Granola is often eaten with yogurt, fruit, and/or milk.

Here are four ways to enjoy granola for a tasty breakfast or snack.
