Blues Buster Blueberry Peach Smoothie

This fruity, protein-packed blueberry peach smoothie is sure to help you recharge and boost energy levels.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 34 cup frozen blueberries
  • 34 cup frozen peaches
  • 12 cup low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, fruit, milk, honey and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Serve in a chilled glass immediately.
