Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup diced frozen rhubarb
- 1⁄2 cup frozen cherries
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 frozen kelp cube (sub 1⁄2 cup fresh spinach)
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
Instructions
Combine milk, rhubarb, cherries and remaining ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
