Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 12 cup diced frozen rhubarb
  • 12 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 frozen kelp cube (sub 12 cup fresh spinach)
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Instructions

Combine milk, rhubarb, cherries, and remaining ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
