Dragon Fruit Superfood Smoothie
This exotic fruit is not only beautiful in color when ripe, but it’s packed with plenty of essential nutrients. Pair it with high quality protein from real milk and Greek yogurt and you’ve got a smoothie that is sure to refuel and replenish post workout!

- 1 cup milk
- 1 (5.4-ounce) container Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen dragon fruit chunks
- 1⁄2 cup frozen bananas slices
- 1⁄2 cup frozen pitted dark cherries
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Combine milk, yogurt, dragon fruit and remaining ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
