
Hot Chicken Caprese Dip
Imagine a classic Caprese salad mixed with grilled chicken and cream cheese, topped with more mozzarella and then baked until it’s bubbly —yum! Serve with toasted crostini or pita chips.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked diced chicken
- 1 8-ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1⁄4 cup fresh chopped basil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Fresh cracked pepper for garnish
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Use 8×8-inch oven-safe baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl combine chicken, softened cream cheese and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Stir until well combined. Stir in tomatoes, basil, vinegar and salt. Spoon mixture into baking dish, spreading out evenly. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.
- Bake until the cheese is golden and bubbly, approximately 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil and cracked black pepper if desired. Serve immediately.
