Place cream in large mixing bowl and whip on high speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add milk and mix on low until well combined, followed by the sweetened condensed milk. Stir in about a third of the cookie crumbles.
Transfer a third of the mixture to a large freezer-safe container and sprinkle a layer of cookies on top. Repeat layers ending with a top layer of cookie. Cover tightly with lid or plastic wrap and place in freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight.
