  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (5.4-ounce) container Greek yogurt
  • 12 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter
  • 2 teaspoons maca powder
  • 14 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 12 cup crushed ice

Instructions

Combine milk, yogurt, whey powder and remaining ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
