Eberly Farm Fresh Ice Cream

The Eberly dairy farm family shares their recipe for classic homemade vanilla ice cream.

  • 1 qurat fresh cream
  • 2 (12-ounce) cans evaporated milk
  • 2 quarts milk
  • 2 (3.4-ounce) boxes instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


  • Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Pour into a 6-quart ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer's direction until mixture is firm enough to scoop, dasher is hard to turn or machine stops.


Yield may be 12-15 servings.
