Eberly Farm Fresh Ice Cream
The Eberly dairy farm family shares their recipe for classic homemade vanilla ice cream.
- 1 qurat fresh cream
- 2 (12-ounce) cans evaporated milk
- 2 quarts milk
- 2 (3.4-ounce) boxes instant pudding mix
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Pour into a 6-quart ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer's direction until mixture is firm enough to scoop, dasher is hard to turn or machine stops.
