Brookhaven Farmer's Market presented Dairy Day this week highlighting all things dairy. Co-sponsored by The Dairy Alliance, a tent was set up to share dairy information and pass out free milk and ice cream to attendees. Mississippi's own Pat Ard was at the event to visit with locals and answer any dairy farming questions. Dairy day events highlight local dairy farming efforts and encourage more community members to choose dairy.
