Catch Some Zzzzzs with Milk

Karman Meyer, a registered dietitian and The Dairy Alliance advocate, presented a webinar to Today's Dietitian members called "Getting Better Zzzs to Prevent Disease," discussing sleep disorders and how to manage their symptoms using dietary and non-dietary approaches. One example used was milk nutrients calcium, vitamin D, and potassium promoting better sleep. Through this webinar, RDs a part of Today's Dietitian membership will discover how promoting milk to clients will provide additional dairy benefits.
