Changing Approaches During COVID-19

During this year's virtual World Dairy Expo, World Dairy Expo and Dairy Management Inc. (DMI) presented "Consumer Insights for a COVID-19 World" to share how consumer research, buying patterns, and other data have led to a revised approach to dairy marketing efforts within DMI this year. As part of this talk, Georgia-based dairy advocate Donna Martin appeared alongside DMI leaders, including Barb O’Brien, Paul Ziemnisky, and Eve Pollet. Donna discussed her school system's response to COVID-19 to feed the students throughout summer and into the school year and continue children's access to milk.
