FUTP60 Food Trucks Bring More Meals to Students

Bradley County Schools is fully utilizing two FUTP60 grant-funded food trucks for emergency school feeding during the COVID-19 school closures. The trucks, filled with milk cartons and bagged meals prepared in the school cafeterias each day, are located at different locations in the county. Parents simply need to pull up to the food truck to receive the meals for students. Additionally, the school system is delivering meals to school bus stops as extra pick-up points. As of April 1st, the Bradley County School Nutrition Program is providing about 18,000 meals daily, each served with milk!
