The Dairy Alliance provided Moo Brew training and sampling at Highbriten High School in the Caldwell County system. Response from staff, administration and participating students was all positive, and the high school plans to implement Moo Brew with school meals later this school year. Moo Brew provides cold brew coffee made with real milk to older students. This is a more appealing dairy offering for older students, encouraging continued dairy consumption in a tasty, customizable beverage relevant to them.
