Keeping a Healthy Immune System with Milk

The Dairy Alliance's Laura Marbury did a phone-in interview to Supertalk FM to discuss National Nutrition Month and immune-boosting foods people can add to their diets to help protect themselves against illnesses. During her interview, she highlighted how the vitamin D and probiotics found in milk help support a healthy immune system.  She concluded by suggesting a new Dairy Alliance soup recipe to listeners that is made with vitamin C-rich tomatoes and pepper that uses milk and Greek yogurt for its creamy base.
