The Dairy Alliance coordinated with the Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders to put on a F.I.T. Girls Rise Up! Zoom session for participants in the pilot program at Crews Middle School. School program advisors brought the girls together to hear how they are staying safe at home, continuing to eat healthily and staying active. Falcons cheerleaders shared messaging on staying fueled with milk before leading everyone in a dance routine and providing additional activities to do at home. The recorded Zoom session has been shared with F.I.T. Girls club participants to keep them staying active and eating healthy while home.
