Made In Tennessee Opening Features Local Dairy

The Dairy Alliance's Matti Coffey attended the grand opening event for the Made In Tennessee building on the Wilson County State Fair Grounds. The opening included remarks from Dr. Charlie Hatcher, Commissioner for the Tennessee Department of Agriculture and a dairy farmer. At the event, Tennessee products were showcased and all in attendance had a chance to sample them. Dairy was greatly represented by Flower's Creamery, Nash Family Creamery, Yoplait, MTSU Creamery, and Shop Springs Creamery samples. The Made In Tennessee building will be used during the state fair to showcase the state's agricultural products.
