Managing Stress and Eating Right

The Dairy Alliance's Callie Yakubisin RD, LDN wrote an article for the Outreach May 2020 newsletter. The article, "Eat Right: Tips to Manage Stress," discusses stress's role in overeating, highlighting the role dairy can play in healthy snacks when combined with exercise and adequate sleep.
