Picayune High School recently launched the Moo Brew program. The Dairy Alliance provided a training to staff on how to prepare the cold brew coffee served with flavorings and 8 ounces of real milk. Students were then offered samples during the breakfast service. In total, over 400 samples were given out, with more to come through the new program. By offering milk with popular iced coffee offerings, this program will encourage more students to choose real milk throughout the day.
