High schools in Rockingham County kicked off their new Moo Brew program this January. School nutrition staff provided free iced coffee samples to students to introduce the new dairy offering. Students can enjoy 2 ounces of iced coffee with 8 ounces of milk and their choice of flavored syrup. This option is appealing to teenage students who enjoy popular iced coffee beverages, helping more students consume dairy each day. Free Moo Brew iced coffees will be offered at lunchtime to students who purchase a reimbursable breakfast with milk.
