Following a Moo Brew training, Fayette County School's Whitewater High School opened Moo Brew to students this March, serving iced coffee made with real milk during its breakfast service. On the first day of Moo Brew, Whitewater served the most breakfasts it has ever served in one day at 230 meals. Students loved the Moo Brew options and milk taken with breakfast meals quadrupled compared to past breakfast services.
Whitewater High School is testing the program out for the rest of Fayette County Schools. The Dairy Alliance will conduct another Moo Brew test for students at McIntosh High School and provide samples to all Fayette County Schools cafeteria staff as the school system considers adding Moo Brew to its schools, potentially moving much more milk through the program.
