In an attempt to reduce the spread of COVID-19, schools are restricting visitors. To help school nutrition staff prepare for the new school year while keeping distance between everyone, The Dairy Alliance is utilizing Zoom to offer online trainings with schools across the region. Recently, 53 Lee County representatives from the 17 schools saw presentations on alternative feeding options and how to keep milk at the optimal temperature for serving of 35°F.
