University of Louisville Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MANY WILL ENTER, ONE WILL WIN.

  1. Eligibility: Entry is open to University of Louisville Students with a valid University of Louisville Email address who is at least 16 years of age and located in Kentucky at the time of entry. Employees of Southeast Dairy Industry Association dba The Dairy Alliance (“Dairy Alliance” or “Sponsor”), and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies or other individuals engaged in the development, production, or distribution of promotion materials and persons who are immediate family or who reside in the same household as persons in the preceding categories are not eligible to participate. Winners of Dairy Alliance promotions held on Facebook within the previous twelve (12) months shall be ineligible. Void where prohibited.
  2. Sweepstakes Period: The period for entering the Sweepstakes will begin on September 11th, 2023 at 12:00 A.M. EST and continue until December 8th, 2023 at 11:59 P.M. EST.
  3. Prize: One winner will receive the Dairy-licious gift basket +$25 Flex Points valued at $75. (“Prize”). Maximum one prize per person.  
  4. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
  5. To Enter. To enter, scan the QR code on the Dairy Barn table tents in the Ville Grill. Respond to the survey question pertaining to the current topic of Dairy Education posted on the bulk milk dispenser and table napkin dispensers (3 topics throughout the semester). After answering the survey question, provide your email address to be entered for a chance to win. Individuals are limited to three entries total (1 entry per Dairy Education topic). A new Dairy Education topic will be posted every 5 weeks, beginning August 28th, 2023. Entries will be allowed beginning the third week of each topic (September 11, October 16, November 20th, 2023). As an alternative method of entry, the Sweepstakes may be entered by mailing a postcard to Dairy Alliance at 5340 W Fayetteville Road, Atlanta, GA 30349. The postcard must include the Entrant’s email address, telephone number, or mailing address so that they can be notified if selected as Winner. Postcards must be postmarked by December 8, 2023. Individuals are limited to one (1) entry regardless of their method of entry.
  6. To Win. The Winners will be determined by random drawing of all eligible entries.
  7. Acceptance of Prize: Winners will be selected by January 5th, 2024. Winners will be notified by valid University of Louisville email address on Friday, January 5th, 2024. Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize by January 12th, 2024.  In the event a winner declines the Prize, a second random drawing will be conducted to select a new winner. If a second winner also declines to accept the Prize, a third winner will be drawn. If three winners are drawn and they all decline, the Prize will not be awarded. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Dairy Alliance to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. 
  8. Indemnification:  By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Dairy Alliance and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies or other individuals engaged in the development, production, or distribution of promotion materials (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”), from all claims or damages arising out of participation in both this offer and/or Sweepstakes and/or any prize awarded.
  9. Waiver of Claims: Participants irrevocably waive all claims against the University of Louisville and Dairy Alliance and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies or other individuals engaged in the development, production, or distribution of promotion materials (collectively the “Releasees”) arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or use of any prize awarded.
  10. Privacy Policy:  Any personal information that you provide in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor to administer this Sweepstakes, contact entrants, and for the other purposes set forth in the Sponsor’s privacy policy located at https://thedairyalliance.com/privacy-policy/. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to and accept Sponsor’s privacy policy.
  11. Additional Terms: This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Dairy Alliance reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of the official rules. Dairy Alliance makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the University of Louisville.

National Chocolate Milk Day Sweepstakes

  1. Eligibility: Entry is open to Virginia high school students who are at least 14 years of age and located in the United States or its territory at the time of entry. Employees of Southeast Dairy Industry Association dba The Dairy Alliance (“Dairy Alliance” or “Sponsor”), and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies or other individuals engaged in the development, production, or distribution of promotion materials and persons who are immediate family or who reside in the same household as persons in the preceding categories are not eligible to participate. Winners of Dairy Alliance promotions held within the previous twelve (12) months shall be ineligible. Void where prohibited.
  2. Sweepstakes Period: The period for entering the Sweepstakes will begin on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. EST and continue until Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 11:59 P.M. EST.
  3. Prize: Three Winners will receive a National Chocolate Milk Day package containing: one (1) Portable Blender (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $35.00); one (1) Water Bottle (ARV: $18.41), one (1) Key Chain (ARV: $0.92); one (1) Stress Cow (ARV: $3.79); two (2) Cow Spotted Straws (ARV: $0.62); and one (1) Sweat Towel (ARV: $1.43). The total ARV of each national Chocolate Milk Day package is $60.17. Maximum one National Chocolate Milk Day package per person.  
  4. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.

Complete and submit National Chocolate Milk Day Questionnaire from Virginia High School League Social Post.  As an alternative method of entry, the Sweepstakes may be entered by mailing a postcard to Dairy Alliance at 5340 West Fayetteville Drive, Atlanta, GA 30349. The postcard must include the Entrant’s email address, telephone number, or mailing address so that they can be notified if selected as Winner. Postcards must be postmarked by September 27, 2023 and received by September 28, 2023. Individuals are limited to one (1) entry regardless of their method of entry.
