DASH Diet Toolkit
Research shows the low-fat Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) eating plan — which includes 2 to 3 servings of dairy foods and 8 to 10 servings of fruits and vegetables — may help manage blood pressure. In fact, a trio of minerals found in dairy foods — calcium, potassium and magnesium — may play an important role in maintaining healthy blood pressure.
