- 1 quart fat-free milk
- 1 1/4 pounds semi-sweet chocolate, cut into chunks
- 1 quart low-fat chocolate milk
- Whipped cream (optional)
Combine fat-free milk and chocolate ingredients in a saucepan and cook over low heat 3 to 5 minutes or until chocolate melts.
Stir in chocolate milk and cook until mixture reaches desired consistency, stirring constantly. Pour into individual mugs and garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
