Refreshingly Raspberry Smoothie
The perfect start to a busy morning or great finish to a tough workout, this smoothie is filling and refreshing with just a hint of cucumber and mint.
Servings: 24 oz
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber peeled and seeded
- 1 tablespoon agave
- 4-5 mint leaves
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Combine all ingredients in blender canister. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes. Divide evenly between three glasses for 8 ounce serving size.
