Prepare these 10 game-day appetizers sure to satisfy all the fans congregating at your house for the big game.

This Buffalo Chicken Dip can be made in a cinch when you pick up a rotisserie chicken from the market for this super-quick option. To prepare, stir together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, Cheddar cheese, blue cheese, green onions, and parsley in a large bowl.  Toss together chicken and hot sauce in another bowl, then fold the chicken into the cheese mixture. Pour into a casserole dish, top with more cheese, and bake. Serve with chips or vegetables.

This Big Bowl Cheese Dip with Chips won’t last long at your next tailgate. The chopped chipotle pepper in adobo sauce gives it an irresistible smoky flavor. To make, simmer diced onion and beer. In a large bowl, combine Cheddar and pepper jack cheeses, flour, and taco seasoning. Slowly add to the hot beer until melted and all the cheese is used. Stir in chipotle pepper in adobo sauce and sour cream. Serve with baked tortilla chips or potato wedges.

Your guests will be clamoring to devour every last morsel of this indulgent Pimiento Cheese-Bacon Tailgating Bread. To prepare, cut a bread loaf, but not all the way through. Place in a greased, foil-lined sheet pan. Stir together butter, garlic and chives. Pull apart the bread and spoon the butter mixture into the crevasses over the entire loaf. Cover bread loosely with foil and bake. Shred Cheddar and Monterrey Jack cheeses and toss in a large bowl with pimientos, crumbled bacon, and parsley. Remove the bread from the oven, pull apart the bread, and stuff the cheese mixture into the bread crevasses over the entire loaf. Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly and then serve.

These delightful bite-sized Cheese Stuffed Burger Sliders with Onion Jam really make a statement when filled with gooey cheese and topped with a tangy onion jam. Melt butter with diced red onions, salt, and pepper. Cook until translucent and slightly caramelized, then add in balsamic vinegar and cook until the liquid is reduced by half and thickened. Combine ground beef, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper and roll into balls. Cut mozzarella cheese into cubes. Make a well in each of the patty balls and place cheese inside, molding the burger around the cheese. Flatten and cook. Prepare the buns with tomato, lettuce, the cooked burger patty, and onion jam.

Milk’s Got Game with These State-Inspired Eats

Milk’s Got Game continues all season long, so be sure to add state-inspired appetizers to your menu as you cheer on the four quarterbacks showcasing milk as an important part of their sports nutrition game plan.

This Peach Jezebel Marinated Cheese Board is a showstopper that can be made quickly with pre-packaged ingredients if needed. Whisk together peach preserves, white wine vinegar, ground mustard, horseradish, and ground pepper and spread on the bottom of a baking dish. Slice Havarti and Cheddar cheeses and arrange alternately in a baking dish. Pour the remaining peach mixture over the cheese and chill. Come game time, arrange cheese on a serving board. Top with parsley and serve with Genoa salami, assorted crackers, and desired accouterments like ginger snaps, apple wedges, grapes, mixed roasted nuts, pickled okra, spicy bread and butter pickles, smoked roasted peanuts, and pork rinds.

These Jalapeño-Honey Mustard Hot Wings with a yogurt sauce bring zing to a tailgating must-have. To prepare the wings, cut celery ribs and place them in a slow cooker. Combine paprika, kosher salt, dry mustard, celery salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper and sprinkle chicken drums with the seasoning mix. Place chicken on the celery rack, top with butter, and cook. Remove chicken from slow cooker and broil until crispy. Prepare the Jalapeno-Honey Mustard Yogurt Sauce using Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and honey. Toss with chicken and serve wings with remaining sauce and celery.

The creamy Blue Cheese Horseradish Sauce clings well to the steak & mushrooms in these savory Blue Cheese Steak Bites. Place steak bites, mushrooms, molasses, bourbon, apple cider vinegar, oil, green onions, salt, and ground pepper in a bag.  Chill and remove beef and mushrooms from the marinade. Grill, brushing with reserved marinade. Serve with a side of Blue Cheese Horseradish Sauce made with Greek yogurt, crumbled blue cheese, horseradish, milk, and salt.

Game day eats need something sweet. Make these Mini Blueberry & Raspberry Lemon Chess Pies ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator. Beat butter until creamy. Add sour cream and mix. Add flour and cornmeal. Shape the mixture into balls and place into each cup of miniature muffin pans. Press each into the shape of a pastry shell and chill. Whisk together eggs, sugar, lemon juice, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla and pour into pastry shells. Top pies with raspberries and blueberries just before serving.

For a savory option, try Fried Catfish Bites and Spicy Yogurt Tartar Sauce. Buttermilk and spicy yogurt tartar sauce add zing to this southern-fried favorite. First, prepare the catfish bites. Whisk eggs, buttermilk, and Old Bay seasoning in a large bowl. Add catfish pieces and chill. Remove the catfish from the buttermilk mixture and discard the mixture. Whisk together flour, cornmeal, salt, and Old Bay seasoning in a bowl. Dredge catfish in the flour mixture, shaking off excess. Heat oil and fry catfish until golden brown. Prepare the Spicy Yogurt Tartar Sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, sweet pickle relish, lemon zest, ground red pepper, and pepper and serve.

Stuff these Smoky Pimiento Cheese Poppers one day in advance so all game day needs is an oven to bake and a TV to cheer the game on. Halve miniature sweet peppers and place them on a baking sheet. Combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, diced pimientos, minced chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, additional adobo, and garlic in a bowl to create the filling. Fill the pepper halves with the cheese mixture. Toss cracker crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the peppers. Bake until the cheese melts and the peppers soften.
