  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

This Caramel Apple Cheesecake starts with a creamy cheesecake base that is filled with soft, spiced apple pieces drizzled in silky, rich caramel sauce. The creaminess comes from sour cream, cream cheese, and cream cheese. You won’t be able to get enough.

Salted Caramel Sauce: 

  • 1 cup sugar 

  • 6 tablespoons salted butter, cubed, room temperature 

  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream  

Crust: 

  • 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs  

  • ½ cup salted butter  

  • ¼ cup light brown sugar 

Cheesecake Filling: 

  • 24 ounces cream cheese, room temperature 

  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar 

  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 

  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream 

  • 1/4 cup sour cream 

  • ½ cup applesauce 

  • ¼ cup caramel sauce 

  • 4 large eggs, room temperature 

Cinnamon Apples: 

  • 2 ½ cups chopped apples, any variety (about 2-3 apples) 

  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar, loosely packed 

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice 

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 

  • 1 tablespoon salted butter

Eggnog Bread Pudding

This Eggnog Bread Pudding is always holiday-ready! Grab a loaf of crusty bread and soak it in a blend of rich eggnog and half and half. Pop the loaf in the oven and let it bake until it’s golden and cozy.   • 2 ¼ cups eggnog

  • ¾ cup half and half

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon whiskey (optional)

For Vanilla Sauce

  • ½ cup + 1 tablespoon half and half, divided

  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
