High-Protein Dairy Tzatziki Cottage Cheese Bowl Recipe
This high-protein dairy cottage cheese bowl was inspired by a traditional Mediterranean dip known as tzatziki, which is made with strained yogurt, cucumber, lemon, garlic, olive oil, and herbs, and often served with pita bread. Rather than yogurt, we added these fresh ingredients to protein-rich cottage cheese to use as the bowl’s base and then topped it with tomatoes, chickpeas, olives, and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil. The result is a filling lunch with protein, fiber, and a ton of fresh flavor!

Why should I eat high-protein dairy foods?
Real dairy foods provide complete protein and nutrients that plant-based alternatives do not.
