Sara Woods
Sara is a dietetic intern at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System with a background in nutritional sciences and dietetics from Penn State, followed by a master’s degree in public health from the University of South Carolina. As she completes her dietetic internship and passes her RD exam, Sara looks forward to combining her nutrition and public health backgrounds to improve the health outcomes of the active military and veteran populations while continuing her career as an Army officer. In her free time, Sara enjoys running, baking, traveling, and trying new restaurants with her friends or family.
